Cancellation & Refund Policy

Memberships

Cancel anytime from Settings — no calls, no emails, no retention mazes. When you cancel, your premium features stay active until the end of the paid period, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your watches, price history and savings records remain yours.

Refunds

If BookForward didn't work for you, reply to your payment confirmation email within 14 days and we'll refund the full membership amount — no interrogation. Beyond 14 days, we refund pro-rata for unused months on request.

Hotel bookings

BookForward never holds your hotel payment — bookings and cancellations happen directly on the travel provider's own checkout, under their cancellation policy. Always confirm the free-cancellation deadline on the provider's page before relying on a rebook.
