1. What BookForward is
BookForward is a price-watch service for hotel bookings. We monitor publicly available prices for the hotel and dates you give us, notify you when we detect a drop, and help you rebook. We are not a travel agency or booking platform — bookings are made and cancelled with the original travel provider.
2. Price information
Prices come from third-party data sources and can change or be unavailable at any time. Displayed prices are indicative and may differ from the final bookable rate (taxes, room types, availability). Always confirm the final price with the booking provider before cancelling anything.
3. Rebooking is your decision
Rebooking involves cancelling an existing booking and making a new one. You are responsible for verifying cancellation policies and completing both steps. BookForward is not liable for rate changes, cancellation fees, or missed savings arising from your use of the service.
4. Fees
Free plan: BookForward keeps a flat 5% of savings realized through a rebooking — always shown to you before you confirm. Paid memberships (from ₹200/month): you keep 100% of your savings. You will always see the exact price before subscribing.
5. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service (automated scraping, reselling access, or circumventing usage limits). We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions? Reach out through the contact channel on your invite email.
Grievance officer
Per Indian consumer and data-protection requirements, complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days. Contact the grievance officer at welcome.bookforward@gmail.com with "Grievance" in the subject line.
